Selected References for Food Allergies
Some selected references on food allergies, intolerances, sensitivities, gluten-free diets, etc.
These references are not in any particular order, and we have not tested all of them for their usefulness. If you try one and it doesn't work for you, let us know so we can pass that information on to others. If you have good experiences we would like to pass that along also. If you know of any other sites that would be good to share with others, we would appreciate a word from you with the web address, and a brief word about why it would be good to check out.
As with all information on the internet, it should be tested and varified before putting full faith into it. All help in determining the usefulness of these and other sites will be appreciated.
